I've followed a passion for health and fitness since my childhood days. It has led me through the individual and team sports which fostered exploration of taking my pursuing a better version of myself. I've been fortunate enough to share this experience by coaching boys’ soccer for 12 years.
My pursuit continued in the years that followed with the achievement of a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Again, I've been privileged since I currently teach Tae Kwon Do to children and adults.
My experiences with Tae Kwon Do fueled a passion to explore additional arts including Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation practices. I currently teach the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi and Qigong as a Qigong practitioner and certified Tai Chi instructor. My offerings include the long, short and simplified forms in the Yang Style Tai Chi. In addition, I offer chair Tai Chi as a certified instructor. Teaching since early 2014, I continue to update my skills and teaching offerings through my attendance in seminars and workshops.
My mission is to apply these ancient arts to everyday life that will benefit your health and well-being. Join me in the pursuit to put the mind, body and spirit in harmony to yield the best version of you.
No experience necessary, no special equipment, and beginners are always most welcome.
