In addition to performing in master classes for international competition winners and Grammy winning artists, he also appeared as a soloist with the University of Georgia Symphony Orchestra.
After graduating, Andrew was part of the inaugural Guitar Program at the Eastern Music Festival. He won the college division of the EMF Guitar Competition.
In May 2018, Andrew completed his Masters degree on scholarship at the Manhattan School of Music with David Leisner, and has also received academic honors.
While still a student, he performed on guitar and drums in the Off-Broadway musical Lonesome Traveller, performing alongside Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul, and Mary.
great teacher able to put a new student who has never played guitar before at ease. A+ teacher with knowledge and patience and all around positive energy.
Andrew definitely has been my best teacher yet. He’s helped me with song writing, theory, auditions, and technique. I was auditioning for a touring musical, and they asked if I had anymore guitar skills, so Andrew was able to arrange and coach me within a week and I got the gig! Seriously amazing. Also a wonderful temperament and very patient. Thank you Andrew!!!+ Read More
