I specialize in Fitness for people aged 50 years and older. You'll be really comfortable and because I am also 50 years and older.
I have over 20 years in the fitness industry so my knowledge is vast and includes recovery from injuries, injury prevention, Mobility enhancement, and flexibility.
My fascination with the Mind Body Connection has also led me to pursue meditation, however I prefer things that are a little more active so I adapted meditation to be a tool for personal change. In other words I also teach meditation in order to improve your life with specific outcomes as determined by you.
