I'm not a fitness guru but I've learnt form the best fitness trainers and have tried a lot of different diets and workout plans for fat loss and muscle building.
A lot of people work hard but they don't work smart(Trust me I was one of them).
I was around 26% body fat when I started my fitness journey in may 2015, in august 2016 I got down to 7.6% body fat, naturally, by eating clean, working out 3-5 times a week. Over the course of those 15 months I learnt a lot of different things, which I feel can help others to reach there fitness goals faster.
