Enter the practice of yoga and meditation. From day one ease of mind was cultivated and peace was felt in my heart. I was hooked immediately and became determined for the first time in my life to start healing deep wounds."
My main joy in life is teaching others that there are many ways to cope with pain and suffering.My sessions are inspired by more than 8 years of yoga and meditation practice and over 500 hours of teacher training. I offers a deep bow of gratitude to his heart teacher, Kelly Lindsey for lovingly lighting the path with immense love and wisdom, who also taught him Tibetan Heart Yoga and ancient yoga philosophy.Sang-gye is also a certified Kundalini Reiki Master who offers healings and attunements in the Austin Area.
