My passian for yoga expreces itself since 2007 when I moved to US. Studying with esteemed yoga teachers of Ishta Yoga since 2011.
With an individual approach I teaching each student in harmony with their needs: subtle body awareness, physical alignment and breath-based dynamic movement to inspire them to move with grace and live with perspective. I use aroma therapy when teaching yoga because smell is the strongest sense which activates directly our brain.
My goal is to provide the nurturing, positive environment that will enable you to find your yoga.
