I'm a professional electric bassist with 13 years experience in writing, recording, and performing. My main focuses have been Rock, Pop, and Funk, but I also enjoy playing Jazz, Motown, and R&B. I studied with Victor Wooten at multiple music camp programs throughout 2018 & 2019. In 2021, I received a professional bass certification from Berklee Online with a 4.0 GPA. Currently, I am playing 70+ shows a year in Chicago-area Pop/Rock, Serendipity. I am also the bassist in the Triton College Jazz Ensemble. I am a founding teacher and co-owner of the award-winning school, Phil Circle Music.

I had a nice and chill first lesson. I was given some helpful tips and a few good exercises to work on.

The lesson was very good. I’d already known some scales, but Michelle gave me some fingering exercises that are going be very helpful. I look forward to the next lesson

Michele is an incredible musician. I have seen her play in multiple bands and watching her, you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. She is always looking to get better, and she takes every gig seriously. Seeing how she is on stage, I know what an incredible teacher she would be for anyone looking to learn how to play bass, no matter if you are a beginner or an advanced player.
