Yoga is a great tool to experiencing new sensations in the body, and learning more about the movements that you do daily. Yoga can help with mobility and flexibility, as well as strength. We can have fun as we explore postures and breath techniques, in many styles, such as vinyasa, hatha , and even more restorative poses.
Yoga allows us to relax and to worknout... It depends on us to checkin with ourselves and notice what our bodies and our minds are asking of us.
For me, yoga is also amazing for emotional challenges. Either stress anxiety, sadness, even hapiness. There is always a different approach to each and many more emotional situations.
Yoga is too, about having fun! Try it, Play with it. You'll learn so much about yourself.
