I am currently a competitive Women's gymnastics coach working for Airborne Gymnastics in California. We are a top rated gym and I train the compulsory program in all 4 events, setting up lesson plans, conditioning/flexibility programs, and of course, support them when they compete on the "Grand Stage."

Previously I worked in men's gymnastics coaching young studs to be future super heroes as it related to my background. I trained in men's gymnastics when I was in Middle School and fell in love with tumbling.
I decided to spend my early adult years as a performing acrobat working for the Royal Caribbean before settling in as a gymnastics coach and I couldn't be happier.

I hope these lessons can help some of the gymnasts out there that I see with lots of talent, but they may not have the coaching expertise or the support system to realize their potential in this wonderful sport! Let's unlock that potential together! :)
