Think of me as your coach who is going to give you some practical tools to help you, your child, your friend, your co-worker, family members, etc navigate life with a strategy. My motto is Win inside first! AND Keep it simple! I created a program called 26 ways to win. I'll guide you through what I call your toolbox for life, a set of reminders that can help you no matter the circumstances you are faced with and no matter your age. I'll give you tools to find more peace in your already busy and sometimes chaotic lives. I also created 26 ways to win for the student. I'm down to earth and personable which makes it easier to build a positive rapport with students and adults. If you know teachers or school staff looking for mentors for their students, please share. This meditation is not always silent. It's mostly interactive. I work with students ages 9- 17 and adults ages 18 and up.
