Hi, I'm Kilo Kitty Buhrmaster and I am a Pole Instructor, Competitor and Performer. I have been in the pole industry for over 10 years. I began teaching for 7 years and competing for 4 years. I love teaching! I love being apart of anyone's journey despite what stage they are on. I love watching others build confidence, lose weight, gain muscle strength and the mental positivity that happens. Pole fitness is for everyone. Pole is a calisthenic workout where we utilize our own body weight with a metal apparatus. Give it a spin!
