Hey ya'll! My name is Kierstin and though I teach all levels I have a special place in my heart for beginners. I like to take the time to get to know you and exactly what you're looking for in your practice. I was certified by CorePower yoga in 2016. I love teaching all classes and students from goat yoga and yoga on the beach to traditional studio classes.

I was certified in 2016 by CorePower yoga.
I teach Vinyasa, yin, slowflow, power yoga, Hip Hop yoga, and meditation. 
I like to meet with my students go over some basic postures and talk about what you expect/need out of your practice. This allows me to design classes just for you. I look forward to hearing from and working with you in the future!
