I was first exposed to yoga in 2009 as a college student and was so impressed with how relaxing and beneficial it was. I immediately fell in love with yoga and could really notice the benefits of daily practice! After years of practice, I knew that I wanted to help spread the love to those who are new to yoga. I understand that it can be intimidating, so I go out of my way to make sure that I provide a positive and loving atmosphere for my students. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, and can also teach laughter yoga and yoga for children. Inmediatamente me enamoré de yoga y realmente podía notar los beneficios de la práctica diaria!
