Meditation with Katherine J.

Hi! I am a meditation and self-care guide and Reiki Master Therapist based in Long Beach, CA. I have been leading meditation workshops, coordinating safe spaces for my students to be comfortable and open, since July 2017. I have worked with a variety of people since then both private and in workshops, adding more and more techniques to my practice as I continue my education as a healer and instructor. I have led sound meditation sessions at elementary schools in Long Beach, meditation and self-care workshops at multiple colleges and universities, and Reiki, meditation and self-care workshops open to all. I have worked with those with mental disabilities, those in the LGBTQIA and QTPOC communities, and those looking for help in releasing stress and tension. I enjoy being able to assist all people with their meditation and self-care practice!
