Yoga/Meditation-Learn yoga to help yourself feel your best everyday. Regular yoga practice can improve your focus, your sleep, and your physical strength. Our work together can include breathwork, meditation, mantra practice, mudra practice, asana performance, yogic mindfulness, chakra energy balancing, general subtle energy balancing(such as Reiki), nature yoga, healthy eating via yogic principles. While I may guide you during the lesson, you are the driving force of the positive developments. With our online lessons via skype or google hangout, we can practice together to help you move forward. All ages and abilities welcome. We will start where you are and move gently forward!
