I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years and have worked with all ages and levels of fitness ability. I believe in results and not wasting time. Love to work the body externally and internally. Meaning eating correctly/health ad then working out properly. I am results oriented. Will work to focus on various parts of the bodies in each session. Commitment, consistency and time are crucial elements to the success of all.
