Hello Yogi! I am a passionate yoga instructor based out of Pensacola, Florida. I started my yoga journey as a way to become more flexible, not only in my body, but in my mind. Through breath and practicing presence, I found a sense of calm and power that I want to share with you! I am honored to have the opportunity to help guide you through your journey as well.
