Tai Chi Chuan with Eddie H.

My name is Eddie and I would like to introduce people of all ages to the beautiful Chinese art form of Tai Chi Chuan. I am a certified instructor and I have been a practitioner since 2007. I love teaching and seeing people discovering a new skill and sense that can enhance their lives. During a lesson , I guide students through a series of safe and gentle full body warm ups, showing proper breathing techniques, meditation and demonstrating proper posture of the form. I discuss the philosophy and history of the art, explain martial applications and promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for students. I teach Qigong, 8 ,10 and 24 posture Yang style Tai Chi, and Chen Man Ching sword form . I encourage everyone to keep practicing what they have learned from sessions.
