I have always been active. I was a baseball athlete in school, and have been involved with various fitness and sports activities during my adult years. I have been a Personal Trainer, and swimming instructor for over 5 years. I really enjoy helping people stay fit and in good health, and helping kids learn to swim and be safe in water is fun and makes me feel great.
I have been involved in fitness for over 20 years. I am a Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor. As a Personal Trainer, I teach using a variety of exercise equipment, depending on my students fitness goals. I teach muscle fitness, body building, strength, and endurance.
