I have been an NASM certified personal trainer since 2013 and a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2016. I have taught a wide variety of fitness classes from boot camps to weight-training, to HIIT-style cardio classes. My background is in dance, so I can also help clients increase their flexibility and core stability.

I will be designing and teaching individualized workouts online so that clients can workout in the comfort of their own homes and save time by not needing to meet at a gym! I will let you know what equipment you will need once I know what your goals are. I usually use dumbbells and maybe a stability ball, but I can also teach equipment-less workouts as well if you are looking for a more cardio-based workout or are a beginner to exercising.
My format will involve me demonstrating the exercises and then watching you and providing tips or modifications to ensure safe and proper form. You will be given a list of the exercises learned so that you can do the exercises on your own.

If desired, we can also discuss your nutrition, however, this will take up the last 10-15 minutes of your session. I do not make meal plans, but I can certainly provide you with a food diary template and review it with you to determine how well you are eating and if any changes should be made. This added assistance may be the missing piece for you to reach your fitness goals!
