Yoga with Crystal B.

Hello, My Name is Crystal, I studied and Graduated from Yoga Body Teachers College International in Barcelona Spain. I am a mother of two growing boys and and my other half is US Airforce. In my family we understand trials and tribulations. So we foccus on God and keeping grounded. That is where yoga became a part of my life. I love yoga, because it is a personal journey for each individual. I love how you can come to your mat with the worst day and when you leave your refreshed, grounded, and able to breath again. It doesnt matter if you have never stepped on a yoga mat before or if you have been doing yoga for 30 years. It is all about personal growth and I love that I get to help lead you there. Yoga for me is a new begging. It's a chance to reconnect myself and bring others along with me.
