From a young age, I learned that movement was critical to physical, mental, and emotional health. I have been practicing parkour for 10 years and teaching for 8, and bring a varied background in movement to what I do, from rock climbing to powerlifting to dance.
As a coach, I am focused on where you are, what you want to learn, and how to eventually get you moving & practicing on your own! I have experience working with individuals of all ages, and am comfortable coaching parkour, powerlifting, bouldering, buildering, functional mobility, handstands, and more.
Together, you and I will work as a team to design a training program that will help you achieve your goals: whether it is to just learn parkour, or on a larger scale, improve the overall quality of your movement, to lose weight, or to build strength and mobility.
I have delivered numerous talks, including a TEDx, on Parkour. As a leader in the international community, I organize the largest annual womens parkour event in the country, as well as the ONLY Research & Leadership conference for parkour. I also collaborate and consult with other communities on how to create more inclusive classes & events.
Partner & Cofounder of The Movement Creative, a parkour & movement education company in New York City, working with public schools, institutions, and community groups to share movement & STEAM.
I have been coaching group classes and private lessons in parkour and strength/conditioning for about 8 years, in Syracuse, New Jersey, and New York.
I have traveled across the country and internationally coaching in different communities.
