Teaching since:

From a young age, I learned that movement was critical to physical, mental, and emotional health. I have been practicing parkour for ten years and teaching for eight, and bring a varied background in movement to what I do, from rock climbing to powerlifting to dance.

As a coach, I am focused on where you are, what you want to learn, and how to eventually get you moving & practicing on your own!

I have delivered numerous talks, including a TEDx, on Parkour. As a leader in the international community, I organize the largest annual womens parkour event in the country, as well as the ONLY Education & Leadership conference for parkour. I also collaborate and consult with other communities on how to create more inclusive classes & events.
