About Billy J.
I am currently a graduate student at the Longy School of music in Cambridge, Ma. I'm studying Modern American music, jazz and improvisation and I've been playing trumpet for 13 years. I have an undergraduate degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tn for classical trumpet performance and classical composition. I would love to teach beginner to intermediate trumpet players as well as anyone of any instrument begin their studies with improvisation. I can also teach theory as well as arranging and composition.
