I am certified in 200hr Vinyasa Yoga and 85 hr Pre/Postnatal yoga. I like to make yoga accessible to all no matter your level or experience.
I am also certified in Reiki 1 and 2 level healing. I use light intuitive touch to help balance chakras, reduces stress, and relax the mind.
