I began practicing yoga for the physical benefits of yoga: muscle toning and improved flexibility. What I didn't expect was the possibility for yoga to be a journey of self discovery for me. I want to help you overcame challenges in your yoga practice that will give you the confidence to overcome challenges in your personal and professional life. Together we will find mental calmness under physical stress in yoga, which will help you to find mental calmness amidst the stress of daily life.
