Qigong is a very personal practice, and everyone will develop a unique training style.  I help you develop your style so you can eventually practice on your own for the rest of your life. 

Teaching others how to learn on their own has been my primary focus since I started teaching in 2006.  I will teach you a special Qigong I developed that has ancient roots called “Nei Shi” Qigong where you learn the art of looking inward.

I make learning Qigong simple and real. My entire focus is teaching you how to practice in a pure and sincere way. My simplistic method has roots in ancient Taoism and immediately teaches you how to develop the right frame of mind to achieve all the wonderful benefits of Qigong.
