I could help you at the comfort of one-on-one training. I would hear all your mental and body blockage and we would work together to get that flow going within you.

No judgement in body types, levels, my compassion would see the beautiful person you are and bring these qualities out of you. My group teaching experience gave me exposures to many types of clients and level, while maintaining individual attention to all my clients.
I don't hold back for a client who is ready and open, and will share my best distilled learnings curated from my own practise path, helping you get a more efficient and effective practise like how you are doing certain poses and what benefits each pose would bring to you and your life goals and purpose.
