Bass clarinet is a special instrument with awesome people who play it! In a lesson, you can expect to learn, practice, and perform the fundamentals of bass clarinet using the materials given to you by your band director or I can create a custom curriculum for you. I like to help you play the music YOU want to learn, so every lesson includes time learning solos such as classical, movie music, and popular music.

About Rebecca

If you're looking for a dynamic and experienced virtual music teacher, let's talk! I have taught students of all ages to love and appreciate the wonderful world of music through clarinet, saxophone, flute, and oboe. My past students have won placements in performing arts high schools, won superior

Rebecca is phenomenal for private lessons for all ages. She is very patient and makes learning the clarinet fun. She is detail oriented and will help you be the best you can be while still being encouraging and helpful. Rebecca gives clear feedback and suggestions to fix issues, she also is very knowledgeable about repertoire and new opportunities for playing. I would recommend her to everyone I known interested in clarinet.

Rebecca has worked with me for a few lessons and each time I can see improvement. I would highly recommend to anyone, including adult learners.

I help students create their best work by helping them formulate a thesis, write a 5 paragraph essay, utilize critical thinking, and create a powerful essay. I work with students on their academic writing or on their college applications, helping them craft a powerful personal statement and/or supplemental essays so that they can stand out!

About Rebecca

Hi-I have been working with students for almost a decade-both face to face and remotely. I believe that each student I work with has the potential to achieve greatness. If they are preparing for the ACTs/SATs, I make sure that my students know that these tests are important for college, but that the

I love taking an awkward stuttering self conscious mess of a human being and crafting them into a poised self aware charm machine.

This isn't just about make believe, a trained actor taps into their natural charisma, unlocks it, and lets it shine. I love watching that transformation take place.

My technique is based on play: tea party, cops and robbers, barbies... we all inherently know how to Play. Acting is simply honing the ability to make believe, to lose yourself in the game.

How an actor approaches acting on a stage versus film is completely different. Some of the reasons are obvious, for example, with theater you have immediate feedback due to having a live audience. In film you can have multiple takes to get a scene right; however on stage, you have one opportunity to get it right.

In film you want your voice and facial expressions to be as natural as possible. On stage everything has to be bigger in order to convey the right emotion to your audience.

I love performing on stage. I find it more rewarding than film. I have been working in semi~professional theater for over thirty years and am looking forward to sharing what I have learned through the years with other enthusiasts.

About Tina

A recent transplant from Los Angeles, California; I have been singing professionally for more than forty years as well as having leading roles in local theatre productions. I have also been assistant director, musical director, choreographer, costumer and writer for many productions from West Side

I've taken her class for over a few years now and I can't even describe how much I have grown because of her. I first was very mousy and quiet but I am now achieving and wanting to tackle songs I never thought I could because of her. I recommend her to everyone I know. In all seriousness people around me have noticed a huge change and there may be days where I don't notice it until she asks if I caught that I was able to hit it.

I love Miss Tina, She is the best singing instructor ever! She always knew the best songs for me. Hands down the best person and teacher. She has helped me over come so much with her help. She inspired me so much and has helped me evolve with my singing.

After a long struggle personally in 2020 (I lost a few very close friends and a family member to Covid-19), I am ready to get back to teaching. I miss working with children and adults so much!

I am a Certified Teacher in NYS and Florida. I have several decades of experience teaching elementary level to college students in the classroom and online (I teach English online to children in Asia and Africa, isn't that cool?)

I have (2) Bachelor degrees (Political Science and Marketing) and a Masters in Elementary Education, with extensions in Math, Science, Social Studies and English through high school. I have always been active in my own education and I acquired several certificates in various educational topics through Continuing Education courses. I also own my own Arts and Crafts Studio which offers personalized gifts, as well as holds arts and crafts classes for children and adults. We do everything from sewing, knitting, quilting, to woodworking, painting, staining, making ...

I've been playing saxophone for 28 years, and professionally for over 20. My journey has taken me from beginner in school band to one of the largest music schools at the university level. I've played in a multitude of professional settings including clubs, festivals, tours, and recording studios. I'm classically trained but specialize in improvisational music, jazz, latin, and funk. Over the years I have been fortunate to play with and learn from some true masters. I can teach you the techniques necessary to perform at the highest levels and have fun doing it. Whether you want improve you sound, learn to sight read, learn songs, or play over chord changes at a jam session I'm confident I can help.

About James

I'm originally from the Dallas Fort worth area of Texas. I started playing in the sixth grade and immediately fell in love with all things saxophone. In the seventh grade I began private saxophone lessons and I became addicted. In high school music was the single most preoccupation of my days. I wou

What is the Best Lighting for Photography?
