Hip hop is associated with moving to the rhythm, looking cool, being flashy, and unique and unconventional. Thats how it looks from the outside. However, from the inside it looks more like a release of inhabitioned movement, a fusion of different perspectives and disciplines, as well as a oneness shared between body, mind, and music. Forever shifting as it must.
I have studied styles of dance that I teach to all my students that lets them learn other styles easily. I can teach anybody how to create their own dance moves. I provide them with the proper perspective to begin to understand dance moves they see on television or when out dancing. Want to learn how to move with rhythm and style? Then i can teach you, no problem!

I can help you improve your hip hop skills. We can work on the foundations of hip hop dance (Locking, popping, breaking, house, and other substyles depending on where your interest is).
We can also work on new style movement. In general, we will be working on flow and bounce.

Professional NYC Dance Teacher & Performer with 15+ years experience. Have you ever wanted to dance but don't know how to get started or think you just can't?
I have taught All ages & levels from 4 year old to 55+ who want a new hobby, or to take it professionaly. Build muscle, loose wieght, gain confidence and show off the worlds most powerful dance style!

I tailor the sessions to the participants desired result and personality. I am very flexible, open, reliable and will use both of our experiences to create a space for exploration and celebration. I always make sure participants feel comfortable and empowered. I have a lot of experience in different genres of dance, directing, production and much more and as a result I have a lot of insight and joy to offer.

Experienced teacher of 10 years specializing in beginner dance for students! All ages welcome. Lessons are always customized pertaining to age of student and style of dance this way I can cater to the needs/goals of each student. You will learn dance techniques in no time that will build a strong foundation of terminology, choreography and more. Let's get started!

I teach students of all experience levels and in all styles of dance. I work with the student to give them exactly what they need to accomplish their goals. My lessons focus on technique, creativity and retention of movement vocabulary. We spend time warming up, learning various exercises and composing them together into choreography. I also have experience teaching dance to children with special needs.

I spent 12 months traveling the world exploring and learning different cultural dances as part of a fellowship. I have much to share with my potential students! I am most passionate about sharing my love and skills in Hip Hop, Dancehall, and African dance styles. If you are looking to learn how to dance either of these styles and/or a fun way to stay fit, I am your girl!
