I attained my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Promotion and I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Health Promotion. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) which is an indication of professional competency and commitment to continued professional development. I have gained experience in providing education for health and weight management. Educating students from ages 19 - 65. I have been afforded the opportunity to help many reach their health and weight loss goals. Many losing on average 2-5 pounds per week! I am highly passionate about the health and wellness of others. Through high levels of energy, I am able to provide support and accountability to those ready to make a commitment to a lifestyle change to promote a better quality of life.
