I am RYT-200. I also come with 10 years experience in the practice of yoga and take very seriously the incorporation of all limbs of the practice.

I use vinyasa flow to help incorporate well being beyond the physical and love to work with students who are curious about how to incorporate this practice into their daily lives.

I'm trained and prepared to get you out of your head and into your body. I bring a combination of how the mind and body works but with a healthy dose of empathy and nonjudgmental approach to meet you where you are at.

I came into yoga and meditation through my own journey of healing. My purpose in life is to use these tools to challenge old stories that may keep us from living meaningful and vibrant lives.

*What to expect from an Online Meditation Course*

No, I promise we will not sit in silence together for 60 minutes. I get to know you and the goals as well as hiccups you have in incorporating this very useful practice into your life.
From there, we work on tools we can do together and on your own in between sessions.

I'll also give you a very personalized understanding of how meditation can not only improve the state of calm in your life but open up room for personal growth, passion and health.

I use mindfulness based stress reduction as a basis of my meditation courses. This is a very fact and neuroscience based approach to self compassion and helping regulate your body's response to stress and anxiety.
