    I help high achieving, burned out adults begin to bring back peace and joy into their lives. I bring a combination of how the mind and body works but with a healthy dose of empathy and nonjudgmental approach to meet you where you are at. I hold a MBSR certification from Brown University Mindfulness Center as well am RYT200 I also come with 10 years experience in the practice of yoga and take very seriously the incorporation of all limbs of the practice. I came into yoga and meditation through my own journey of healing. My purpose in life is to use these tools to challenge old stories that may keep us from living full and juicy lives. Because the body holds so much of what we are unconscious about, sometimes this work can bring up more than just physical results but emotional debris. It's important to choose a facilitator that is educated and mindfully aware to look out for this and provide a safe space for exploration. Because of this heightened awareness, I am certified in trauma informed meditation and hold a CEU in CCST-i and trauma competency.
