I am from Venezuela and speak Spanish.

I would love to teach you yoga, more as a way to find yourself at your own rhythm, that only teaching a group of sequence, movements and postures,  as a personal experience I know that when you think in yoga your mind say  “That’s not for me, I’m not flexible enough or I’m going to fell silly about it, etc.”

Let me tell you, I immersed in the yoga world after I was 40 years old so I know how do you feel when you are trying something new in your mat (I was there), it’s a beautiful and personal road that I am still wandering and the thing is that it’s have to be funny, lovely, because is about to discovery yourself in the journey. 

One of my most love teacher that I have, use to say “when you are doing yoga you are in a crisis (yes you are), because it’s something different, difficult and that’s life, you fall down, you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, laugh about it, and try again”.  So you’re going to learn to be aware of how do you react when the things are challenging you and you’re going to know yourself and improve in yoga and in your life.

Let’s do it, will be a winning winning situation I’m going to be better teaching you and you’re going to do something that will bring you tools for life  that you even know you have.
