Yoga

Beginner

I am an experienced Yin yoga teacher. Yin yoga is the best way to create space and mobility in the body. We work on connective tissue by holding shapes for time, and letting gravity do the work opening the body up. If you want to be more flexible,mobile and get rid of those aches and pains then this is the practice for you. I will guide you safely in and out of the shapes and explain the target areas and also the benefits of each shape. I use quartz crystal bowls during and at the end of each class to balance the chakra systems. You will feel energized at the end of class and very relaxed. Yin yoga is the perfect  accompaniment for all other yoga styles and sports activities.In a short amount of time you'll learn how to do tbis practice at home for yourself.

I come from a professional music background and so I've incorporated quartz crystal bowls and healing sounds into my lessons. I am a 200hr RYS certified teacher specializing in Yin yoga. This style of yoga helps to open up the body creating space and mobility.With this practice you can be flexible and mobile for life! I've helped many people gain their flexibility back in a short amount of time. I also teach at a premier hot yoga studio in Los Angeles.
