Beginner Friendly Gentle Yoga / Adaptive Yoga / Chair Yoga

Are you intimidated by acrobatic yoga? Not naturally flexible? I can help. I offer beginner-friendly lessons, designed to introduce newcomers to the practice of yoga and provide a gentle, adaptive experience for all participants. I will guide you through each pose with care and attention, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported throughout the class. In gentle yoga, we prioritize relaxation and mindfulness over intense physical exertion. This makes it an excellent choice for those who are recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain. I also offer chair yoga poses for those who may need extra support or have limited mobility. I believe in the power of yoga to heal both body and mind. Through this practice, you can improve your flexibility, balance, and strength while also reducing stress and anxiety. I am an RYT-500 Certified Yoga Instructor with over 1,000 hours of training in general yoga, adaptive yoga, senior yoga, chair yoga, and therapeutic yoga.
