Hi My name is Stephanie. I am a Chef/Author. I just published my 1st children's book called I am Listening. Cooking is my first passion. I have been cooking since the age of 12. I am now 30. I went to culinary school at Suffolk Boces in Dix hills from 2005-2006. I can cook almost anything but I specialize in Caribbean Cuisine. My dishes will leave you licking your fingers. I promise!
