Music Recording with Spencer L.

First and foremost, I am a producer and recording/mixing engineer. Other appropriate labels include songwriter, zealous collaborator, and wizard of sample manipulation. Suffice it to say, music is my passion in life and I immensely enjoy tailoring my skill set to cater to the individuality of each student's needs. Since I moved from North Texas to Minneapolis, MN in 2012, I have recorded and produced music ranging from indie rock to jazz and almost everywhere in between. While in college, I interned at The Hideaway Studio in Northeast Minneapolis, where I assisted on recordings for groups such as The Parlor Suite, Allen Kingdom, Sleepyhead, and American Youth. I graduated from McNally Smith College of Music with a Bachelors of Science in Music Production; Minor in Music Business in 2014. Aside from teaching and producing music, I sing and play drums/bass for a couple local bands.
