I am a Le Cordon Bleu Graduate as well as a professional chef for over 10 years.I have worked for Country club,hospitals,and convention centers. Students can expect to learn culinary basics and dishes with some flare. I also run my own bakery and have had a catering business as well.Students will also learn some of my own personal recipes. To be a great cook or baker is adding a little love in your dish to make it wow.
