Yoga with Sasha D.

All my life I've been a performer. I am also a 200 HR Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a decade of practicing experience. "How is it related?" You ask. This is the deal. We were all given a lot gifts. We are all talented in many ways. Yet sometimes it takes us time to discover the traits that make us truly happy. In between writing, singing, acting, touring, recording and releasing I was practicing Yoga. Always. Yoga was and is my center, my savior, my physical and most important, mental strength. I decided to help people discover Yoga and make them fall in love with it just like I did using years of stage experience, travel and interaction with people in my Yoga teaching. I will guide you through a fun and dynamic Vinyasa class while putting a very strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail. I believe yoga is an art form and we should treat it as such - with respect, excitement and wander.
