Experienced piano teacher for 20+ years, available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation in their playing skills. I specialize in teaching as early as 3 yrs old, I typically use different methods of teaching, no specific curriculum, it depends on students' personality, cognitive development, age level. I use online piano games & teaching tools to help students develop the habit of practicing with more fun. I do recitals at least twice a year, & that includes Community Recitals, Students participates to different programs & festivals sponsored by CAPMT District 1, National Federation of Music Clubs & Music Development Program by Royal Conservatory of Music to assess their knowledge, skills & abilities.

Sally has been teaching private lessons since 1995, and is currently available to teach lessons at your home & at her studio. Sally learned her own method of teaching to positively enhance the student's strength, dexterity, ear-training, memorization and techniques; through exposures to recitals, festivals & competitions students developed their confidence in performance. Sally received her training for a year under the personal tutelage of Mrs. Christine Lauhoff, then attending for four years at Bob Jones Memorial Bible College (Philippines); with continuous education & attending different workshop, convention & conferences through Music Teachers National Association, & California Professional Music Teachers. December of 1999 started her home studio till present time with the help of her husband, Timothy, music teacher as well. Sally looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals.

My son has been taking piano lessons with Ms. Sally for a little over a year. He started when he was 6 years old with almost no music knowledge and can now read music and has performed in two recitals. She teaches in a way that makes him excited to be there and learn but doesn't feel overly pressured. He always looks forward to going to his lessons and seeing Ms. Sally is one of the main reasons.
