I have been teaching music for over 10 years, I teach Metis & Cajun Fiddle, Rockabilly Guitar Tunes and Blues Harmonica. I love to teach, when I practise myself, it consists of at least 4 to 6 hours of practise time. I truly believe music is spiritual, it soothes the weary soul when needed plus, when I'm playing my mind goes off into all the notes and I just follow the tune in my mind. It's a wonderful feeling, I teach from the heart and what that means is I teach what you feel inside. This enables you to find your rhythm, your rhythm is very important to make any song flow beautifully. I should mention also that I also teach disabled and cognitively challenged children and young adults, sometimes it just takes thinking outside the box and I found that's what works for the participants.
