I teach lessons on Guitar, Bass Guitar, Mandolin, Ukulele and Piano.

Music Teacher

I was the instructor for the Northern Arizona University Guitar Ensemble. This course met twice a week for undergrad performance majors. I instructed them in ensemble performance, general music
education, and provided them with material to perform.

Classroom Instructor

I was an instructor for Classroom Guitar in three separate schools in the Madison County Area. I
worked with students from grades 3-5. They learned to read music in standard notation for the guitar and to play together as an ensemble. We performed a concert at the end of each semester.

Kentucky
I was the guitar instructor for a public course offered by Eastern Kentucky University. The class was
open to anyone interested and I had students ranging from age 5 to age 85.

I've been teaching the guitar for over 10 Years and have studied with some of the finest guitar players in the world. I studied Classical Guitar as well as Jazz in University and feel comfortable teaching all musical styles. No matter your musical interest or current skill level I will help you grow as a musician and give you the tools you  need to express yourself musically. I enjoy working with students of all ages and skill levels.

 I Received a degree in Music Performance from Northern Arizona University in 2017. During my studies I performed in masterclasses with some of the best Classical Guitar players in the world including William Kanengiser, Carlos Perez, David Russell, Oscar Ghilia, and Matt Palmer.

I'm a Classically Trained guitarist with over 10 years teaching experience and am comfortable teaching all styles of guitar. I work with all ages and skill levels so no matter where you are with the Guitar currently I can help you move forward and continue to grow. I love sight reading music and being able to play something new everyday and I place a strong emphasis on being able to read standard notation for guitar in my lessons. If you are not comfortable with that  I will use TAB for the lessons instead.
