I have been practicing yoga since my twenties, over 13 years now! It is a passion of mine and keeps me very well balanced. It is amazing for wellbeing, flexibility and a great meditation. My practice has grown over the years from practicing with many teachers and staying in ashrams in India. 

From the practice came the desire to teach and so here I am!! Qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher and Bhakti Yoga Shala Vinyasa Flow Teacher.
