My name is Paul S. and I have more than 20 years experience at my craft. I am a pianist, teacher and life coach. My coaching has involved not just music but many aspects of creative growth and development. I am currently on staff at the University of Miami Frost School of Music. I worked as a professional musician in New York City for 16 years, and in addition to my experience as a performer, I have studied and continue to study a number of modalities/techniques (for example, deep emotional release work, Reiki, somatic experiencing, neuroscience, mindfulness, psychology and philosophy). These techniques aid in human development, spiritual growth, freedom of expression, etc. My goal, if I can call it that, is to help others to transform and to best utilize what obscures our potential greatness, our openness, and our humanity.
