I offer meditation instruction in a variety of techniques. 

I start with foundations of a meditation practice. 

Learn to notice your thoughts and feelings without getting lost in them. Cultivate mindfulness and stillness.

With a few fundamental tools you will begin to connect to yourself in profound ways.

As you progress, you will naturally see the thought patterns, negative self talk, comparisons, judgments and all those things that seem so real and defining for what they are... thoughts that appear in consciousness. 
They are not who you are.  And they can be changed by you for the better. 

You are so much greater than you think you are!
