FITNESS TRAINING: I am insured and Cooper-certified. I was a competitive gymnast and ran track, so athletics has always been a huge part of my life! I have been training with a focus on women's fitness for about 8 years, and I have developed a program successful in leaning and toning (without bulking), strengthening core, building balance and flexibility, increasing metabolism, and making workouts fun! No need to push yourself to injury or do something that you don't enjoy!
ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL ACADEMICS: I am a parent myself (of a magnet school student!) and have decades of experience babysitting and nannying. I also volunteer at a preschool for homeless children (Vogel Alcove) and with special needs children (Rays of Light). I have a summa cum laude degree from SMU. I have worked with children as young as kindergarten, and have been told that my patience and ability to explain things in different, fun ways has helped them excel!
