Our journey to health is never a straight path. There is temptation, lack of funds, holiday parties, outings with friends and much more that veer is off our goal to be healthier! 

I completely understand this and have experienced every single one. Though those times are challenging , you are stronger than them! You are stronger than the peer pressure and the cravings! 

Your body can feel amazing and your brain fog can go away! Your ailments can lessen and even disappear! With good faith and the self-love you give yourself from eating the proper diet for your body, you can and will feel like a new you. And I really mean it! 

What I can do is help the person who has absolutely no clue where to start. You don’t know what a GMO is? That’s fine. What is Gluten anyway? I’ll tell you! And much more. 

As we get to know eachother , I can do my best to guide you towards a diet that can help diabetes, stubborn weight , etc and turn you towards those that can help with autoimmune issues. 

This is something I absolutely love to talk about and would be even happier if I can spread this love towards other! Much love !
