My name is Michaela Putala. I’m a Registered Dietitian, dancer, fitness instructor, and I want to say a huge welcome to my profile!
As long as I can remember, I have always been intrigued by how food can affect the human body. I grew up in the dance world where body image was everything. The dance world is what brought me to pursue my career as an RDN. I have a passion for promoting easy to understand nutrition and tips. My aim is to motivate and inspire YOU to lead a healthier and altogether happier life, one step at a time through my variety of nutrition and fitness class options.
