For starters I am not a professional chef...meaning I do not work in that industry. Luckily for you and I both my father was a professional chef and classically trained. I began my kitchen journey when I was six years old and my father put me to work since I was in the way while he was cooking all the time.
All students can expect to improve week to week in their skills at bringing out flavors since that is the name of the game when it comes to eating. Every chef has a unique style; I teach students to release their inner flavor profile and apply fundamental techniques in order to unlock their own individual greatness. I can help any student to cook with freedom, confidence, and expression.
