I am a world traveler with 10 years of tutoring experience. Currently working on my PhD in sociolinguistics at the University of Pittsburgh, I received my MA in Spanish from NYU and can help you with many different areas. My experience as an editor for a publishing company, combined with other professional experience in a variety of positions, allow me to offer students a unique perspective on diverse subjects.

Since everything is catered around your individual needs, no two students share the same exact experience. I learn what works best for you based on your study habits, interests and personality and implement any necessary assignments to help you achieve the best possible results. I adopt a very hands-on approach and provide you with additional information and avenues (both creative and technological) to continue learning beyond our sessions in a fun way.

I manage a blog I created for sociolinguistic and linguistic anthropological research. The goal is to make these topics more accessible for non-experts, while still engaging with the material in an academic way. I also conduct my own studies.
