Yoga with Maria W.

Hi, I went through instructor training for Integral Yoga in Lisbon Portugal in 2010 in the Yoga University. As a student I have practiced various other modalities of Yoga pre and post instructor course. I would like to state that Yoga is not a religion, it is not excersice (despite benefits), it is a spiritual act and a way of life. I studied as well, performing arts in New York City and the movement classes in conjuntion with body alignment and movement tecquines such as Feldenkrais, Labam furnace me with additional tools for better aiding the student to a full physical structural visualization of the body, for an enhanced and comfortable performance of the poses/asanas.
